The ALO iMod Portable Vcap Dock, ALO - "Modding the Mod" with the ALO P-Vcap Dock

The ALO P-Vcap docking system uses the highest quality capacitors in the audio market today. VH-audio's Oil Impregnated Metallized Polypropylene capacitors.

The audio signal is sent via a ALO line out dock cable (sold separately) to the P-Vcap docks mini input. The audio out is via a RCA or mini to be sent to your home amp or portable head amp. These P-Vcap docks are going to deliver the fullest most resolved sound you can obtain from your iMod.

All of these P-Vcap docks are hand built here at ALO and assembled with care fit and finished to give you a sound that will rival expensive CD sources that will cost 2 to 3 times this cost. These feature high quality connectors, point to point wiring with heavy gauge solid silver in cotton wiring. Items included in this package are 1 P-Vcap Dock only, cables must be purchase separately. The P-Vcap Docks I am making today have all the inputs and outputs on the front plate.

IMPORTANT - You can not use a "iMod" cable with the P-Vcap dock because a ALO "iMod" line out dock cable already has caps located in the cable. 用在op-amp的輸入端,所以這個只能用在IMOD的IPOD上,因為IMOD是直接拉線路出來,沒有將訊號經過IPOD內部的劣質電容.

一般IPOD Line out
訊號-->內部耦合電容-->IPOD Line out傳輸線(一般用的傳輸線,不是IMOD專用的傳輸線,差異在於,IMOD專用的Line out線內部有內建一顆耦合電容)-->耳擴

IMOD Line out
訊號-->IPOD Line out傳輸線(一般的)-->VCAP(耦合電容)-->傳輸線-->耳擴
