Dear Emily,
I have some questions:
1.The charge currency will be in HKD or NTD?
2.Would you pls offer one quotation (ballpark figure) before I send back to HK? I just do not want to waste my shipping fee if the charge was over my budget.
thanks!

pls let me know my e3c is still in warranty?
I hvae e-mail to the us customer service and reply is as below,
and I do it from the steps but the qusstion is still exist!
pls tell me how to do?
thanks!

The U.S reply is as below:
-------------------------------------------------------------
***** Answer *****
Most likely it is due to wax on the damper inside the nozzle. Even the smallest amount of wax can cause a drastic drop in volume. Please clean the nozzle to ensure it is not clogged. If you have the E4c model you can replace the nozzle with a spare set you should have received in the package. Simply unscrew the silver ring to replace the nozzle. If you recently got moisture in the nozzle due to cleaning or intense exercise, the speaker may cut out in volume until it dries out. Let the earphones sit overnight and see if it changes. Otherwise if the problem persists return the earphones to Shure Service for evaluation. Click Here for repair and service.
