Thank you for your prompt response. My package was sent from Taiwan on September 8th and was arrived in AMC O'Hare, Chicago on September 10th. It's tracking number is EE463786244TW, and my earphone's serial number is 95NA2419B. As for the receipt, it's been lost over time and several relocation. I chose to sent my earphone over to the US for service was an act of impulse, no further reason.I apologize for any trouble I might have cause.

We have no record of your earphones making it to our processing center.
Please reply with the tracking number your received when sending the product to us, and also include your receipt.
In your reply please provide a brief explanation as to why you sent your earphones to the US for service and not Shure Asia.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I've mailed my earphone to your service department one and half month ago. In the package there were earphone and the purchased list, and the earphone NO. is 95NA2419B.
My package arrived date at 9/10 and package NO. is ee469786244tw, mailer is Shaum Chen, form 14f-6, no.268, lian Cheng Road, Chung Ho ,Taipei ,Taiwan (R.O.C)).
